Personally, even on the days I wake up determined to put in at least half an hour of exercise something always comes up. Search engines thrive on content, and the more you have, the higher the chances of being ranked higher. All this is true, but in order for you to continue writing your articles, you need to be in good health. This is why you need a proper diet along with some regular exercise. But you don’t need to be signed up in a gym to work out.

  2. Those are good tips but you could also add to play some sports. I am a basketball player and I can find time during the week and the weekend to play some basketball at local public courts. Running up and down those courts are not only good for cardio but physically playing a sport is also good for muscles. And I always feel great after. Soccer, Tennis, or swimming are also great for cardio.

  3. Because I sit down all day at my blog, I tried to precede my suggestions with at least one hour of group exercise three times a week, and one hour of weightlifting twice a weeks. Make me forget about any problems while I’m exercise, and makes me fitter for my needed activities. Great suggestions.

  7. I used to work out everyday but as the work pressure started increasing I totally stopped working out, if I get time that too very rarely I go for a walk. My diet is totally unbalanced, for that reason I’m putting some weight. You have provided wonderful tips, I will try out yoga, many benefits I’ve heard of it, it’s time to try now LOL.

And the fact the exercise and eating good and healthy food play a key role in keeping healthy. I also want to add that smoking can also damage the health unnoticed when it become addictive and there is the need to reclaim your health to undo the damage of smoking.
