The coming Samsung Galaxy S IV smartphone is to feature a 16 GB internal storage, Samsung is used to microSD extension, 2GB RAM. 5″ display, 13MP camera to feature autofocus and LED Flash, run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, powered by quad core Cortex A-15 processor clocking 2 GHz.
