Sony Xperia E dual Announced

For all of those, who are die-hard fan of Sony Xperia smartphones, here is a good news for you. A new smartphone under this series has been announced by Sony today. Sony Xperia E dual is the device I am talking about. The smartphone is expected to hit the stores in the first quarter of 2013. If we go with the Sony’s announcement, then the unique feature that stands this smartphone out of the crowd is, the HD voice feature, which will give a perfect clear voice quality during the voice calls. Of course, from the name of this smartphone, it’s clear that it’s dual SIM smartphone. Well, as there is about one month or more for its release, everyone is asking that whether they hold on their desire to purchase a new smartphone or not? Whether this devices deserves to be waited by anyone or not? Let’s try to find out the answer by throwing light on the features of Sony Xperia E dual.

Network

This is a 3G smartphone and similar to the Sony Xperia Tipo, that was released earlier this year, Sony Xperia E Dual is dual SIM smartphone.

Form

This is something about which everyone is very much concerned. In fact, there is not any benefit of purchasing the smartphone with good internal features but  with poor look. Come on, your smartphone is meant to add more stars in your personality. Talking about the Sony Xperia E Dual, it has  got the dimensions of 113.5 x 61.8 x 11 mm and weighs only 115.7 g. Lightweight smartphone, so quite easy to carry along with you.

Display

Sony Xperia E Dual has 3.5 inches TFT capacitive touchscreen in it. The multitouch feature is also supported by the screen and has got the Scratch-resistant glass protection.

Processor 

Speed is what everyone demands to be there in his/her smartphone and you get good processing speed in the Sony Xperia E Dual with the 1 GHz Cortex-A5 processor in it. Qualcomm MSM7227A Snapdragon is the chipset. The processor is quite good and you can expect to play high-end games on it. Yeah, don’t hesitate to open the multiple apps on Sony Xperia E Dual. The processor will handle all the opened tabs perfectly, giving you a smooth experience.

Operating System  

Just like the other smartphones launched under the Xperia series, this one is also based on Android Operating System and Ice Cream Sandwich is the version that you get in it. Just wait for the release of this smartphone, a no. of custom ROMs will it the doors.

Camera 

Sony Xperia E Dual is a dual camera smartphone and comes with 3.15 MP, 2048×1536 pixels, primary camera with Ge-Tagging. The secondary camera is VGA and you can make video calls using it, over the 3G network.

Memory 

4 GB (2 GB user available), 512 MB RAM is the memory that Sony Xperia E Dual has in it. As the smartphones have become portable computers for many users, they use to carry thousands of songs and a bunch of movies in their smartphone. For such users, 4GB may not be sufficient. But the expandable memory of 32GB makes it good for such advanced users as well.

Battery 

With the 1530 mAh battery in it, Sony Xperia E Dual gives a talk time of Up to 6 h 12 min (2G) / Up to 6 h 18 min (3G). and stand-by time of Up to 530 h (2G) / Up to 530 h (3G).

Release Date      

This is expected to hit the markets anytime during the first quarter of 2013.
