Apple releases iOS 5.0.1 update – fixes for battery issues solved

Apple has just released the iOS 5.0.1 update (build 9A405) to address and solved some of the iPhone battery life issues that has been going on for a very long time since the official release of its new phone, iPhone 4S. The new update will also help in addressing the issue relating to multi touch gestures. This new update is freely available at iTunes.

The fixes that this update is going to address are:

  • Fixes issues affecting battery life
  • Adds Multi-tasking gestures for original iPad products
  • Resolves failure with Documents in the Cloud
  • Improves voice recognition for all Australian users using dictation

    I have jailborken my device and i have read a news that Apple ios 5.1 will expire on jan 14 is this true.??
