Make sure your battery drains before recharging, always remove charger when your battery is full, ensure that the source of power for charging is secure (not too high, not too low current) and the likes. If your battery power has got reduced, you can go for battery calibration, but this approach is always under probability.
but many people told always remove charger when your battery is full is wrong way for battery. My laptop always connect to charger and my battery laptop still good until now. i bought my laptop 5 years ago.
I thought you got lucky, battery tends to depreciate in efficiency when overcharged.
