These days you guys might spammed with lots of cell phone announcement from various phone manufacturers such as Samsung, LG, Nokia, HTC etc. I bet you guys are getting daily updates about latest announced phones on your FB walls and other places. So here again another cell phone announced by HTC named as HTC EXPLORER.
It is a 3G cell phone With TFT Touchscreen having 256k colors and 320×480 pixels of resolutions. The display size is not so small and not so big i.e. 3.2 inches which has the pixels density of ~180 ppi.
It is 102.8 x 57.2 x 12.9 mm in measurement and has low weight as 108gms.
You can store unlimited all records and contact entries. It has 90 MB internal storage with 512MB ROM and 384 MB RAM. There is also card slot for MicroSD chip that can be expandable up to 32GB. So in this you will get enough space where you may store huge amount of songs, videos and other data. The next great feature is its camera which is 3.15 mega pixels having resolution of 2048×1536 pixels. It is having few cool technologies such as autofocus, geo tagging and face detection. Video can be recorded too with this camera.
You will get GPRS (80kbps), EDGE(236.8 kbps), 3G[(HSDPA 14.4 Mbps)( HSUPA 5.76 Mbps)], wi-fi , Bluetooth and USB for connectivity.
Now come to its software’s specification, here you again this is powered by the most famous operating system “Android”. Android v2.3 gingerbread works inside the phone. It has 600MHz processor which is not so good but not so bad too. For playing audio and video there are audio/video players in it and for great sound out put this phone uses 3.5mm audio jack.
There will be so many nice apps in this cell phone such as HTML browser for enjoying internet, GPS, digital compass etc. YouTube, Picasa, Google Talk, Google Search, Maps, Gmail will be integrated in this phone by default.
Last but not the least, The battery specification. Battery is one of the most important factor we need to notice on while buying any phone. This phone’s battery is Li-Ion with 1230mAh capacity. The back time of this battery is 485 hours (2G) and 445 hours (3G) in stand by mode. 7hours and 50 mins (2G) and 7hours 30 mins(3G) in talk time mode.
I think this will be a cool deal after its launch so I am waiting for its release. What you say guys isn’t it a cool phone?
