Sony Mobile India has just confirmed the rumour that has been spreading about Xperia S. The company said the phone is coming to the market soon, precisely on April 10, 2012.
Sony Xperia S is an Android v2.3 operating system powered smartphone from Sony – the popular mobile electronics manufacturer worldwide. This new device is said can be expanded to the latest Android 4.0 OS, Ice Cream Sandwich simply by upgrading it. Sony Xperia S has a 12.1 MP primary camera feature (4000 × 3000 pixels) with auto-focus. Its secondary camera is 1.3 MP and it offer enhanced video experience.The phone has a display size of 4.3 inches (720 x 1280 pixels) and it is proudly empowered with a 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Dual-Core processor. This phone price has not been announced by the company but we’re hoping it is between the range of Rs. 30,000 for the Indian citizens.

The company has claimed that it will offer the buyer free accessories worth Rs. 4,000 (Indian money) along with a lifelong 50 GB cloud storage space for storing files online worth Rs. 4,500.
Sony has also made a promise concerning the slight yellow tint that always surfaces when the screen of their phone is exposed to temperatures above 40 degree Celsius, declaring to replace the infected devices free of charge for their respective owners.
Good news. The Xperia S is one of the best phones out there. The camera is that good and the combination of Sony’s PlayStation and Android is very interesting.
