Yes you have great point. USA still hold an incredible record when it comes to number of highly experienced hackers they’ve got. I mean, both white hat and black hat hackers. But we shouldn’t just agree that they do if we are to look at the records of the recent hacking attempts and instances in the past decades.
USA is hacker’s den but other Asian countries are doing pretty good in exporting amazing world class hackers into the USA, but at the end, the credit goes to the USA alone.
