Sony Ericsson released two ultra-compact phones; Xperia Mini & Mini Pro. It is a mere successor of the X10 Mini series. Despite its small size, it holds outstanding features in it. Unlike the predecessor it has a larger 3″ screen and better HVGA resolution which is good enough to show clear graphics and details.
It is also called a smaller clone of Xperia Arc. Sony Ericsson has worked on its Timescape UI which you can observe in these phones. The phone is very fast and easy to use. The Mini Pro features a full featured keyboard and buttons are spaced properly for fast typing.
Unlike the X10 mini, it features a faster 1GHz Scorpion Processor with Adreno 205 GPU. It runs the newer version of Android Gingerbread. Both the Xperia Mini & Mini Pro share the same spec sheet except that the Pro has a secondary camera. The devices belong to the mid range family and it costs about $220 for Mini and $280 for Mini Pro.
